And, 4 smaller pics to add to the story; the normal size photos at 4\"x6\". It is a big enough frame to make a nice feature. It is a small enough frame not to dominate the room or the budget. It hangs both ways.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe have customers buying it again and again as their go to present. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHere, it's featured in recycled Brown Gum, but it's also available in Red Gum, Weathered Rustic Grey, Shabby Chic White and as a Wombat Happy Frame.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll our photo frames have glass and backing board.  They have strong hanging cords for both the orientations. They are handcrafted in our workshop in the Southern Highlands, NSW, using locally sourced recycled timbers. We often take our display pics without glass to eliminate the reflections.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll our photo frames are sealed with a flat Danish Oil to highlight and protect the recycled timbers. The timbers are seasoned and dried and there are no bugs! We finish them off with a coat of furniture wax. The frame will look great, straight out of the parcel. You can add more coats of furniture oil or wax if you are into polishing your furniture. You can leave it as is for the next many many years too.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe images are very easy to insert. Strong metal flexi-tabs hold in the backing board and glass. You bend the flexi tabs to install or change the photos. It is very simple to do. They are not the flimsy tabs and hangers often seen on cheap imported picture frames.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe frames are wrapped up like \"Michelin Men\" from the old TV ads for Michelin tyres. Layers and layers of bubble wrap and recycled cardboard. We're often busy. It's more fun to over wrap and over protect your frame and never get a breakage. It's less fun for you to have a broken bit or for us to have to make a whole replacement frame and send it out. That said, we have insurance for any breakages in the delivery. It happens maybe 3 times a year. Less than 1% of orders. Very rare. If we had a lot of breakages, we wouldn't have an online business! We'd go back to the markets or we'd get a shop. The richness of the colour and grain are enriched with two coats of danish oil.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #4c1130;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eRed Gum\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e has a similar look to Jarrah, or red Mahogany. It also has a lovely grain and a few nail holes. Features as a result of ageing and recycling are our trademark. Danish oil seals the timber to brings out the colour and grain of the timber.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #4c1130;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eShabby Chic White\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e is a pretty antique white flat paint finish which has been slightly sanded back over recycled timber. Our white frames are very popular, especially for the Beachy or Country Cottage look. They will enhance any home decor.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #38761d;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #4c1130;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWeathered Rustic Grey\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e looks like rustic old fence palings. Years of sun and weather create a patina and appealing natural silvery grey colour.  We don't have to reprocess this timber or treat it. Pictures look wonderful in this. Aboriginal art, Australian landscapes, Black and White pics, .... you name it, they look great!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWombat Bright Happy Colours\u003c\/strong\u003e is our own design idea. Off cuts from our workshop are recycled into our multi coloured frame style. The colours are totally random. We use our artistic eyes to blend them together into a great feature. You can add a note in the checkout if you want to feature any special colours. Otherwise, random coloured timbers are joined together with glue, nails and picture frame making machinery. It's often bought as a great gift for a special occasion, such a birthday or a wedding. It has 1 feature photo opening for an 8\"x10\" photo. And, 4 smaller pics to add to the story; the normal size photos at 4\"x6\". It is a big enough frame to make a nice feature. It is a small enough frame not to dominate the room or the budget. It hangs both ways.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe have customers buying it again and again as their go to present. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHere, it's featured in recycled Brown Gum, but it's also available in Red Gum, Weathered Rustic Grey, Shabby Chic White and as a Wombat Happy Frame.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll our photo frames have glass and backing board.  They have strong hanging cords for both the orientations. They are handcrafted in our workshop in the Southern Highlands, NSW, using locally sourced recycled timbers. We often take our display pics without glass to eliminate the reflections.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll our photo frames are sealed with a flat Danish Oil to highlight and protect the recycled timbers. The timbers are seasoned and dried and there are no bugs! We finish them off with a coat of furniture wax. The frame will look great, straight out of the parcel. You can add more coats of furniture oil or wax if you are into polishing your furniture. You can leave it as is for the next many many years too.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe images are very easy to insert. Strong metal flexi-tabs hold in the backing board and glass. You bend the flexi tabs to install or change the photos. It is very simple to do. They are not the flimsy tabs and hangers often seen on cheap imported picture frames.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe frames are wrapped up like \"Michelin Men\" from the old TV ads for Michelin tyres. Layers and layers of bubble wrap and recycled cardboard. We're often busy. It's more fun to over wrap and over protect your frame and never get a breakage. It's less fun for you to have a broken bit or for us to have to make a whole replacement frame and send it out. That said, we have insurance for any breakages in the delivery. It happens maybe 3 times a year. Less than 1% of orders. Very rare. If we had a lot of breakages, we wouldn't have an online business! We'd go back to the markets or we'd get a shop. It also has a lovely grain and a few nail holes. Features as a result of ageing and recycling are our trademark. Danish oil seals the timber to brings out the colour and grain of the timber.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #4c1130;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eShabby Chic White\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e is a pretty antique white flat paint finish which has been slightly sanded back over recycled timber. Our white frames are very popular, especially for the Beachy or Country Cottage look. Years of sun and weather create a patina and appealing natural silvery grey colour.  We don't have to reprocess this timber or treat it. Pictures look wonderful in this. Off cuts from our workshop are recycled into our multi coloured frame style. The colours are totally random. We use our artistic eyes to blend them together into a great feature. You can add a note in the checkout if you want to feature any special colours. Otherwise, random coloured timbers are joined together with glue, nails and picture frame making machinery.
